Terms of Service

The service

MEL helps you organize calendar, email, bills, and connected financial accounts in one Command Center. Features include reminders, a Daily Brief, optional voice commands, and optional bank connections via Plaid.

MEL does not send payments, transfers, or top-ups. Bank data is read-only. You remain responsible for paying bills and moving money in your own bank or billing apps.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity on your account.

Accounts

Keep credentials, passkeys, and your device secure. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or present a security risk.

MEL Plus+ subscriptions

Core Command Center features require an auto-renewable Apple subscription called MEL Plus+. Current products:

• Monthly — com.appsondemand.mel.monthly ($3.99 USD, or local equivalent shown in the App)
• Yearly — com.appsondemand.mel.yearly ($41.99 USD, or local equivalent shown in the App)

Price is displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by storefront. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in Apple ID subscription settings. Unused portions of a free trial, if offered, are forfeited when you purchase.

Manage or cancel anytime: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or the Manage Subscription link in MEL. Apple’s Standard EULA also applies.

Third-party services

Connecting Plaid, Google, Microsoft, or Apple services is optional and subject to those providers’ terms. We are not responsible for outages or data errors originating from those providers.

Acceptable use

You may not use MEL for illegal activity, attempt to access other users’ accounts, interfere with the service, or misrepresent the source of data you submit. MEL is for personal, non-commercial use.

Not financial advice

MEL provides organization tools and informational summaries. It is not a bank, broker, or financial advisor. Verify balances and due dates with your institutions before acting.

Disclaimers and liability

MEL is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for MEL in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, fraud, or if we discontinue the Service.
